About the Internship

The Office of Enrollment Management offers year-long internships for full-time undergraduate students, offering college credit and pay. We seek applicants interested in digital media, social media, writing, videography, and photography. Our interns will assist in creating Mercer-specific content for prospective students who are undergoing the college search process.

Internship Opportunities

Digital Intern

Our interns learn to cultivate and grow audiences through social media, content curation/creation, interactive development, and more using Mercer's Admissions social media accounts. Throughout the course of the internship, digital interns will have the opportunity to experiment in a variety of areas depending on their skills and interests. We are looking for interns skilled at posting/producing content for Instagram and other social media platforms.

Social Coordinator

This position is typically reserved for upperclassmen who have a keen understanding of @MercerNow's brand guidelines and have ideally interned with our team for at least one year. This candidate must have impeccable organizational skills and proofreading abilities. Coordinators are responsible for assisting in managing the digital interns and overseeing the content published on our various channels.
